As an extension of this mission, The Green Grid has launched an online academy dedicated to educating its members on sustainable operating practice for the modern data center. Cognitive Arts teamed with The Green Grid to develop an immersive, avatar-based learning program that conveys the various calculations and operational standards necessary for running an environmentally friendly data center to conserve electricity and other resources.

As a leader in pharmacy benefit management services, Medco operates in a complex business environment that is heavily influenced by both state and federal regulations. These factors place heavy demands on their sales organization to fully comprehend the entire suite of products, as well as the ways they are deployed within each sales territory. Cognitive Arts collaborated with Medco's practitioners and Subject Matter Experts to mine the requisite instructional content, and to fashion a holistic curriculum targeted at the various product offerings and job roles. This curriculum leveraged an innovative avatar-based media treatment that conveyed job-relevant information for each project and maximized the effectiveness of each sales person.

Allstate is focused on re-engineering many of its legacy processes by creating varied application-based trainings for their employees. Allstate is also continually developing product training for new product roll-outs that have state and regional variation, compliance training to address aggressively timed regulatory changes, and leadership and sales training to support their employees and distribution channels.

Yum! Brands, Inc. is the world's largest restaurant company with more than 36,000 restaurants in over 110 countries and territories and more than one million associates. Standardizing operational quality and improving the overall customer experience are core to Yum!'s broader strategy of building dominant brands in the quick service restaurant industry. As an extension of this strategy, Cognitive Arts partnered with the Kentucky Fried Chicken brand of Yum! to create a comprehensive manager curriculum on topics ranging from customer service to daily store operations. The capstone of this curriculum featured an exceptionally immersive, simulation-based learning module, where learners step through a day in the life of store operation and are required to make decisions that would typically confront the store manager and shift supervisors.

Altria owns and develops financially disciplined businesses including Philip Morris USA, U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Company, John Middleton and Ste. Michelle Wine Estates which are leaders in responsibly providing adult tobacco consumers with superior branded products. Cognitive Arts partnered with Altria to create The Altria Code of Conduct course to convey the company's Code of Conduct for an audience of 40,000 employees across the globe. The resulting program was a scenario-based experience where learners were immersed into a series of simulations that featured common situations that they would likely encounter on the job.
