EVANSON, IL, November 24, 2010  – Cognitive Arts, a leading provider of custom learning programs, won a coveted Brandon Hall bronze award for excellence in the Best Results of a Learning Program category.   Other winners are listed at www.brandon-hall.com

The winning entry, “Ross Stores StaffWorks Training,” showcases much of what Cognitive Arts is best known for: a media-rich approach to training designed to strengthen the impact of client learning programs.  Cognitive Arts works to provide efficient learning solutions that are directly aligned to business objectives, and have a real effect on learning program success.  This includes identifying the barriers that can prevent workers from performing effectively, and building training that addresses those barriers.

“We know that every client has unique needs, and every solution requires special attention.  This is why we offer a wide variety of design options, development models, and media choices – and why our clients’ learning programs realize their goals,” said Leslie Deutsch, Director, Content Development Services, Cognitive Arts.  “We’re pleased to be recognized by Brandon Hall for the work we’ve done helping clients obtain positive results from their learning initiatives.”
